To layout and dedicate for public lane purposes certain land to form
the new lane outlet from the public lane west of Yonge Street extending
northerly from Breadalbane Street to Wellesley Street.
The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1.Certain land to form the new lane outlet from the public lane west of Yonge Street extending northerly from
Breadalbane Street to Wellesley Street, described by W. Kowalenko, O.L.S., City Surveyor, as follows, namely:
In the City of Toronto and Province of Ontario, being composed of parts of Lots 25, 26 and 27 on Plan D-3 and
parts of Lots 8, 9 and 10 on Plan 213E designated as PARTS 3, 11 and 14 on Plan 64R-15658 all of the said Plans
being in the Land Registry Office for the Metropolitan Toronto Registry Division (No. 64)
is laid out and dedicated for public lane purposes.
