BY-LAW No.

To layout and dedicate certain land for public lane purposes to form part of the public lane

north of Queen Street East extending easterly from Woodfield Road then northerly.

WHEREAS former City of Toronto Council, by the enactment of Municipal Code, Chapter 165, Development of Land, Article IV, delegated to the Commissioner of Urban Development Services the authority to approve plans and drawings in relation to certain classes of development in areas of site plan control; and

WHEREAS as part of the former City of Toronto Commissioner of Urban Development Services' approval of plans for the development of 1502 Queen Street East and 2 and 4 Kent Road it was deemed necessary to widen the lane north of Queen Street East extending easterly from Woodfield Road then northerly.

The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:

1. Certain land to form part of the public lane north of Queen Street East extending easterly from Woodfield Road then northerly, described by W. Kowalenko, O.L.S., City Surveyor, as follows, namely:

In the City of Toronto and Province of Ontario, being composed of part of Lot 2 on Plan 206-E designated as PART 1 on Plan 64R-15439, both said Plans being in the Land Registry Office for the Metropolitan Toronto Registry Division (No. 64).

is laid out and dedicated for public lane purposes.
