The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows: 1.The lane shown on the attached Map "A" dated April 1999 is named Luscombe Lane. 2.Crown Regal Estates Limited, its agent or successor shall enter into an agreement with the City to pay the City for the costs of fabrication and installation of the appopriate signage. 3.Crown Regal Estates Limited, its agent or successor shall maintain, at their own risk, the signage installed under section 2 of this by-law.
