Appointment of North York Councillor

to Special Purpose Body

The North York Community Council recommends:

(i)the appointment of a Member of the North York Community Council to the special purpose body noted below for a term of office expiring November 30, 2000, and until a successor is appointed, unless indicated otherwise;

(ii)that leave be granted for the introduction of any necessary Bills in Council to give effect thereto; and

(iii)that the appropriate City officials be authorized and directed to take the necessary action to give effect thereto.

In accordance with the foregoing recommendations, a Member of the North York Community Council is hereby recommended for appointment as follows:
