BY-LAW No. -1999

To amend Section 15 of By-law No. 438-86 of the former City of Toronto respecting the Index of Exceptions

WHEREAS Council, at its meeting held on the 28th day of October, 1998, adopted Clause 29 of the Toronto Community Council Report No. 12;

The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:

1.The Index of Exceptions set forth in subsection (3) of Section 15 of By-law

No. 438-86, of the former City of Toronto, being "A By-law To regulate the use of land and the erection, use, bulk, height, spacing of and other matters relating to buildings and structures and to prohibit certain uses of lands and the erection and use of certain buildings and structures in various areas of the City of Toronto," is hereby deleted and the Index of Exceptions set forth in Schedule 1 attached to and forming part of this by-law is substituted therefor.
