To designate certain lands on a Registered Plan not subject to Part Lot Control in the Guildwood Community

WHEREAS authority is given to Council by subsection 50(7) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P. 13, as amended, to pass this By-law;

The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:

1.Subsection 50(5) of Planning Act shall not apply to the lands described as Block B, Registered Plan M-767, designated as Parts 1 to 8 on Reference Plan 66R-18429, as described in Schedule "A".

2.This By-law shall expire twelve months from the day of its passage by Council.
