To amend Chapter 400, Traffic and Parking, of the Municipal Code of the former City of Toronto to to amend the rates, duration times and hours of operation of parking machines on streets under the jurisdiction of the City of Toronto.

WHEREAS City Council has directed that the rates, duration times and hours of operation of the on-street parking meter program throughout the City of Toronto be revised and amended; and

WHEREAS this direction has resulted in significant revisions to the parking machine regulations as contained in the schedule to the Code Chapter;

The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:

1. Chapter 400, Traffic and Parking, of the Municipal Code of the former Corporation of the City of Toronto is amended by deleting Schedule XXXI to the Code Chapter and substituting the Schedule attached to this by-law.
