To designate Site Plan Control Areas (Sullivan and L’Amoreaux Communities)
WHEREAS authority is given to Council by Section 41 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P. 13, as amended, to designate the whole or any part of the area covered by an Official Plan as a Site Plan Control Area;
AND WHEREAS, after such designation, no person shall undertake any development in the designated area until the provisions of Section 41 have been complied with;
The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. The lands shown outlined by a heavy black line on Schedule "1" and Schedule "2" of this By-law are hereby designated as Site Plan Control Areas.
