WHEREAS authority is given to Council by subsection 50(7) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13, as amended, to pass this By-law:
The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
- That subsection 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13, as amended, shall not apply to the lands described in Schedule "A".
- And that this By-law shall expire twelve months from the day of its passage by Council.
