		Speed Limit on Kipling Avenue, Between Albion Road and Steeles Avenue West The Works Committee recommends that: (1)the speed limit on Kipling Avenue be a uniform speed of 50 km/h between Albion Road and Steeles Avenue West; and (2)the appropriate by-laws be amended accordingly.
