Purpose:
Withdrawal of funds to the amount of $115,500.00 plus PST during fiscal 2000 for annual technical improvements
programme

Background:
Five years ago the City advised the Centre that expenses in this category should be removed from the Centre's operating
budget and that the Board should make withdrawals from its own Capital Improvement Fund for property and technical
improvements.
Comments:
The C.I.F. withdrawal for fiscal 2000 was approved by the Board of Management of the Centre at its Board Meeting on
January 11, 2000 and was so minuted.
