Background: The Children and Youth Action Committee on February 18, 2000, had before it a communication (February 16, 2000) from Ms. Peggy Nash, Canadian Auto Workers, advising that Ms. Wendy Cuthbertson will no longer represent the Canadian Auto Workers on the Children and Youth Action Committee since her contract has expired.
