ZONING BY-LAW APPLICATIONS

Owner: 1351998 Ontario Inc.

Applicant: Monterra Capital Corporation

Subject Site: 660 Eglinton Avenue East

Proposal: To permit the construction of an 83 unit, 7 - 9 storey residential condominium building on the north parking lot of the property. The proposed building will incorporate roof top mechanical equipment behind the mansard roof parapet. The existing 4,724 m2 plaza will be maintained without development.

Proposal: To permit a 3 storey rear addition to the existing industrial building with underground parking.
