To advise East York Community Council of new applications received.

The following new applications have been received within the last 60 days.

1. Site Plan Applications

Owner: Remington Homes O'Connor Inc.

Applicant: Turner Fleischer Architects

Subject Site: 1590 O'Connor Drive

Proposal: To construct 94 multiple-attached residential and live/work units.

b) Application: SPA.20/99

Owner: 1351998 Ontario Inc.

Applicant: Monterra Capital Corporation

Subject Site: 660 Eglinton Avenue East

Proposal: To construct a 7-9 storey, 83 unit residential condominium on the north parking lot while maintaining the existing retail/office plaza.

c) Application: SPA.21/99

Owner: 1210770 Ontario Inc.

Applicant: Kam S. Wong

Subject Site: 506 Dawes Road

Proposal: To construct a four storey, 14 unit addition to the north corner of the existing 67-unit apartment building.
