The Director of Community Planning has approved the following application(s):

1. Application: S0001/00EY Proposed partial second storey addition over

Owner: Alagonia Investments existing retail commercial. The addition

Applicant: Mr. Vassilos Leventis will house two residential apartment units.

Subject Site: 401 Donlands Avenue

Approval Granted - March 6, 2000

Conclusions:

The Director of Community Planning, East District, approved the application noted in the comment section of this report.
