		M E M O TO: Board of Health - Trudy Perrin Works Committee FROM: Councillor Joe Mihevc RE: HEALTH ASPECT OF BIOSOLID PELLETS DATE: November 29, 1999 Given that the city has approved a biosolid agreement that will last 15 years, I believe that we need an on-going monitoring system to ensure against potential negative health and environmental consequences. I would request the Works Committee and the Board of Health to direct staff to provide a report for an on-going monitoring system, such report to be directed to both the Board of Health and Works Committee.
