		February 7, 2000 BOARD OF HEALTH: The Works Committee, at its meeting on February 7, 2000, had before it a communication (November 29, 1999) from Councillor Joe Mihevc, York Eglinton, requesting the Works Committee and the Board of Health to direct staff to provide a report for an on-going monitoring system with respect to the City's biosolids agreement, such report to be directed to both the Board of Health and the Works Committee. The Committee also had before it a communication (February 6, 2000) from Ms. Karey Shinn, Chair, Safe Sewage Committee, regarding the health aspects of biosolid pellets. The Committee referred the aforementioned communications to the Commissioner of Works and Emergency Services for a report to the Committee on all biosolid applications.
