		STAFF REPORT December 16, 1999 To: North York Community Council From: Rob Dolan, Director, Community Planning, North District Subject: APPEALS OF BY-LAW No. 678-1999 AMENDMENT APPLICATION UDOZ-98-14 Bearpoint Group Inc. 50 and 60 Oak Street Part of Lots 28 & 29, Plan M-458, being Part of Lot 9, Conc. 5 W.Y.S. Ward 6 - North York Humber Purpose: The purpose of this report is to advise that appeals of By-law No. 678-1999 have been filed by Visioneering Corp., 35 Oak Street, and by Goodman Phillips & Vineberg on behalf of Satin Finish Hardwood Flooring Ltd., 8 Oak Street. The by-law was enacted on October 27, 1999, to rezone the subject lands at 50 and 60 Oak Street for residential, park, and light industrial use; implementing OPA No. 471 and enabling development of a draft-approved plan of subdivision. Recommendations: It is recommended that this report and the attached notices of appeal be received for information, and that the Ontario Municipal Board be advised accordingly.
