To stop up and close a portion of the unopened road allowance north of Roxborough Street East extending
north-westerly from Mount Pleasant Road and to authorize the sale thereof
WHEREAS it is recommended that a portion of the unopened road allowance north of Roxborough Street East extending
north-westerly from Mount Pleasant Road be stopped up and closed as a public highway and be sold to the abutting owners
on the terms and conditions contained in Clause 11 of City Services Committee Report No. 20, as adopted by the Council
of the former City of Toronto at its meeting held on November 29, 1989;
AND WHEREAS notice of the proposed by-law to stop up and close the said portion of the unopened road allowance and
to authorize the sale thereof was published in __________________ on ____________________;
The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:
1. The portion of the unopened road allowance north of Roxborough Street East extending north-westerly from Mount
Pleasant Road, described as follows:
In the City of Toronto and Province of Ontario, being composed of part of the Public Highway being part of the Road lying
to the south of Block A, both the said Road and Block being according to Plan 528 registered in the Land Registry Office
for the Metropolitan Toronto Registry Division (No. 64), designated as Parts 2, 3 and 4 on a plan of survey deposited in the
said Land Registry Office as 64R-13815
is hereby stopped up and closed as a public highway.
2. The soil and freehold of the portion of the public highway stopped up and closed by Section 1 of this By-law shall be
sold to the abutting owners on the terms and conditions contained in Clause 11 of City Services Committee Report No. 20,
as adopted by the Council of the former City of Toronto at its meeting held on November 29, 1989.
