		April 19, 1999 WORKS AND UTILITIES COMMITTEE: City Council had before it, the attached Clause No. 6 contained in Report No. 4 of The Works and Utilities Committee, headed "Garage Packers". Council directed that the Clause be struck out and referred back to the Works and Utilities Committee for further consideration. Council also adopted the following recommendation: "It is recommended that Chair of the Works and Utilities Committee, Council Shiner and the Commissioner of Works and Emergency Services meet to discuss this matter prior to it being again considered by the Works and Utilities Committee." for City Clerk J.
