		REQUEST FOR NO LOITERING SIGN ON CITY PROPERTY ADJACENT TO 90 NORTHLAND AVENUE Ward 27, York Humber Councillor F. Nunziata (November 23, 1999) WHEREAS concerns have been raised by a local constituent regarding undue loitering, vandalism and intimidation by youths on the small City of Toronto owned property adjacent to his place of business at 90 Northland Avenue; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the York Community Council requests that "No Loitering" signs be installed at the property in a prominent location.
