		REQUESTS FOR (1) REMOVAL OF TRAFFIC CALMING MEASURES ON WINONA DRIVE NORTH OF VAUGHAN ROAD AND REPLACEMENT WITH ASPHALT SPEED HUMPS; AND (2) INSTALLATION OF RAISED INTERSECTION AT WINONA DRIVE AND BELVIDERE ROAD Ward 28, York Humber. Councillor J. Mihevc (February 1, 2000) I would ask that staff brings forward appropriate by-laws to remove the 3 pinch points and speed humps and replaces them with 80 mm asphalt speed humps. I would further request that the Winona and Belvidere intersections be altered to allow for a 80 mm raised intersection (Similar to the one on Humbercrest Boulevard in Ward 27). I ask that staff be authorized to bring forward the necessary road alteration by-laws.
