		REQUEST FOR REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF CITY TREE AT 128 CEDRIC AVENUE Ward 28, York Eglinton. Councillor J. Mihevc (January 17, 2000) I am forwarding correspondence from Ms. Kathryn Catton of 128 Cedric Avenue, regarding a city owned tree located at 130 Cedric Avenue, that has been causing Ms. Catton great stress for a number of years. Apparently she has had the internal and exterior drains replaced, but the problem persists. Ms. Catton would like to see the tree removed and replaced with a smaller one. Please have staff investigate this request and report back.
