BY-LAW No. -2000

To amend further Metropolitan By-law No. 109-86 respecting maximum rates of speed

on certain former Metropolitan Roads.

The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:

1. Schedule I of Metropolitan By-law No. 109-86, as amended, being a By-law to prescribe maximum rates of speed on certain former Metropolitan Roads, is further amended by striking out the words and figures:



Frederick G. Gardiner Expressway (M.T. 200), westbound, between Highway No. 427 and a point 800 metres west of Palace Pier Court


100 kilometres per hour


Frederick G. Gardiner Expressway (M.T. 200), westbound, between a point 800 metres west of Palace Pier Court and a point 900 metres east of Ellis Avenue


60 kilometres per hour


Frederick G. Gardiner Expressway (M.T. 200), westbound, between a point 900 metres east of Ellis Avenue and Leslie Street


90 kilometres per hour


where they occur opposite each other in Columns 1 and 2 of the said Schedule and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
