The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows: 1. Chapter 240, Article I, of the Municipal Code of the former City of Etobicoke is hereby amended by the deletion from and addition to the street or portions thereof and regulations under the headings set out herein and therein as follows: a) deletion from SCHEDULE X - Parking for Restricted Periods Column 1 Column 2 Column 3 Column 4 Column 5 Road Side Between Prohibited Maximum Period Times or Days Permitted Hay Avenue Both Royal York Road and a Anytime 1 Hour point 36.5 metres west thereof b) addition(s) to SCHEDULE X - Parking for Restricted Periods Column 1 Column 2 Column 3 Column 4 Column 5 Road Side Between Prohibited Maximum Period Times or Days Permitted Hay Avenue Both Royal York Road and a Anytime 2 Hours point 36.5 metres west thereof ENACTED AND PASSED this day of , A.D. 2000.
