Committee of Adjustment Decision -
415 Jarvis Street (Downtown)The Toronto Community Council recommends the adoption of the following motion from Councillor Rae:
"WHEREAS the Committee of Adjustment on December 14, 1999 granted, in part, the variances for the
construction of townhouses at 415 Jarvis Street; and
WHEREAS the Commissioner of Urban Planning and Development Services is currently preparing the Site Plan
approval for this application; and
WHEREAS the application has been appealed to the Ontario Municipal Board;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Solicitor and the Commissioner of Urban Development Services
be instructed to attend the Ontario Municipal Board hearing in defense of the Committee of Adjustment decision
respecting 415 Jarvis Street.

the foregoing matter, the following communications, and a copy thereof is on file in the office of the City Clerk:
- Notice of Committee of Adjustment Hearing of December 14, 1999;
- (December 2, 1999) addressed to the Administrator, Committee of Adjustment, from Councillor Kyle Rae; and
- Notice of Committee of Adjustment Revised Decision of December 14, 1999.
