                                         CITY OF TORONTO

                                       BY-LAW No. 307-1998

            To amend further Metropolitan By-law No. 132-93 respecting reserved lanes
             for designated classes of vehicles on certain former Metropolitan Roads.

        The Council of the City of Toronto HEREBY ENACTS as follows:

        1.     Schedule 1 of Metropolitan  By-law No. 132-93, being  a By-law  To provide reserved
lanes for designated  classes of vehicles on  certain former Metropolitan  roads , as  amended, is
further amended by striking out the following words and figures:

 Eglinton          East curb line of     Northerly     7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and   PTVs and
 Avenue            Old Park Road and     Westbound     4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.       Taxicabs
 West              west curb line of                   Monday to Friday
 (M.T. 18)         Rostrevor Road                      except Public Holidays


where they occur opposite each other in Columns 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the said Schedule.

        ENACTED AND PASSED this 5th day of June, A.D. 1998.
