Contact 311 to submit a service request for investigation by Municipal Licensing & Standards, for standing water on private property in the following situations:
- Pools that have not been in operation for some time that have stagnant water.
- Defective or obstructed drainage on flat roofs
- Blocked decks/area drains eaves troughs
- Ground depressions resulting in standing water
- Appliances resulting in standing water
- Debris and building material resulting in standing water
Other types of standing water on private property are investigated by Public Health.
