311 – Toronto at Your Service
Please be aware that on Saturday, January 18th 311 Toronto will conduct a scheduled outage to improve our online service requests. As a result, some of our online service requests will be impacted. Online service requests for noise, water turn on, water turn off, low water pressure and sudden loss of pressure will be affected. The outage is expected to last from 10:00 p.m. until Sunday morning, January 19th, when all services will be restored.
