The City of Toronto is not responsible for graffiti removal or maintenance on utility poles and transformers owned by Toronto Hydro, as it operates as a separate entity. The City cannot investigate, manage or process requests related to their upkeep.

When submitting your report, include the following information:

• Address or nearest intersection
• Equipment number
• Photos, if available
• Your name
• Your contact information (email or phone number)
