Liquor Licences for permanent establishments are issued by the Alcohol & Gaming Commission of Ontario.

To make arrangements to make an in person payment for a liquor licence at City Hall, email liquorlicence@toronto.ca to book an appointment. You must have an appointment, walk-ins are not accepted.
