Requests from City staff for custodial services can be submitted online, or by contacting the Facilities Management Work Order Service Centre by phone. City staff, please see the City's intranet for additional details.
For City of Toronto staff, routine requests for custodial services such as cleaning and vacuuming can now be submitted online. For emergency/urgent maintenance and custodial requests, staff should continue to call Facilities Management.

Placing your work request via our new web format, will provide you with the benefit of generating an immediate Web Notification Reference Number for tracking purposes. Please use this reference number when speaking with a FRED Agent or in follow-up email queries.
