To report a maintenance complaint at Union Station property, contact 311 so that you can be transferred to custodial supervisor at Union Station. Note: This excludes the GO Bus Terminal building which is located at 81 Bay St and is owned by Metrolinx.
The maintenance (e.g. track repairs, clean-up of graffiti, garbage, litter and illegal dumping) on CNR, CPR and Toronto Terminal Railways (Union Station Rail Corridor), rail lands is the responsibility of the land owners. Please contact Go Transit, Canadian National Railway - Canadian Pacific Railway or Toronto Terminal Railways directly with your concerns.
