No musical or theatrical activity authorized under the busker permit, except a mime, can take place in the following locations between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday, inclusive, except on a statutory holiday.
- Bay Street, east side of the street, from Dundas St West to Queen St West;
- Yonge Street, both sides, from Dundas West to 26.13 metres north of Queen St West;
- Queen Street West, both sides, from Bay St to Yonge St; and
- Dundas Street West, both sides, from Yonge St to Bay St.
