Operated by Toronto Parking Authority with a capacity of 2087 spaces and accessible parking spaces.
Entrances:
- Bay St. north of Queen St., east side of building, city staff and public
- Queen St. west of Bay St., south side of building, public
Bicycle Parking
- west side of City Hall (near Osgoode hall) approximately 18 bikes
- west side of City Hall (near playground) approximately 15 bikes
- east side of City Hall under the elevated walkway near Bay Street, approximately 20 bikes
- Chestnut St. and Elizabeth St. behind City Hall have quite a few bike racks
- The underground parking garage has room for approximately 30 bikes. The best way to get there is to enter the garage from Bay Street, make the first right (official parking) turn right at the ramp and the racks are near the mural that says "Welcome to City Hall". Note: usually fills up by 9:30 a.m.

Courier deliveries
- Deliveries made on foot during regular business hours will be directed to the Mail Room in the basement, access by east or west tower elevators
- Deliveries made by vehicle should attend the loading docks/shipping at rear of building, access on Chestnut St. or Armoury St.
- Courier deliveries will not be accepted at the customer service desk on the ground floor
