Suppliers are encouraged to review these documents throughout the procurement process with the City to best support their learning:
- TO Bids YouTube Walkthrough – an overview of the Toronto Bids Portal (TO Bids) and how to use the application to search for new procurements and awarded contracts.
- Supplier Information Guide – provides step by step instructions on how to register and bid on the SAP Business Network for City solicitations.
- Supplier Information Portal – provides more links and resources regarding Supplier registration, enablement and invoicing using the SAP Business Network.
- SAP Business Network Help Desk – SAP’s helpdesk and support group. To connect with them, select the module you require assistance with, and then select “Contact Us”. Follow the webpage prompts to receive instructions or to create a case for further investigation into your question.
- SAP Business Network Learning Center – learn more about the SAP Business Network. Select the module you require information on, and then select “Learning” for other helpful links and reference videos.
- SAP Supplier Learning Portal – provides resources and best practices for using an SAP Business Network account.
