The final playground design and layout was determined using feedback from the community. The new playground will be accessible and will include the following features:
The City conducted an online survey to gather feedback from the community on a conceptual playground design and to determine the priorities for the playground improvements. The results from the survey will inform the next steps of the park design. The survey was available to complete from January 22 to February 7, 2021 and received 558 responses, which included input from 1,147 individuals.
