318 Queens Quay/Rees Street Park

A new park at 318 Queens Quay W. is being designed on Toronto’s Central Waterfront. When completed, the new 9,600m2 park will serve as a gateway to the extensive park system along Toronto’s waterfront, improving the park experience for visitors.

1087 Leslie St.

A new park at 1087 Leslie St. is being designed. The City will be engaging local residents to determine a new developer-delivered park that meets the needs of the community.

Beare Hill Park

Plans are underway to transform the Beare Road Landfill site into Beare Hill Park.

Bessarion Community Centre

The Bessarion Community Centre is a multi-use community recreation centre which will also include a childcare facility and a Toronto Public Library branch.

Brimorton Drive

As part of a new condominium development, there will be a new park on Brimorton Drive.

Hillsdale Avenue Park Expansion and Redesign

A Hillsdale Avenue Park Expansion and Redesign is coming to the Mount Pleasant West neighbourhood! The City will be engaging the community to help determine the park design.

Chimney Swift Park

A new park at 19 Glen Agar Dr., called Chimney Swift Park,
is being designed.

Crosstown Park South

Crosstown Park South is being designed as part of the new Crosstown-Eglinton mixed-use community development.

Davisville Aquatic Community Recreation Centre

Davisville Aquatic Community Recreation Centre is a new aquatic and multi-use community centre that will include two indoor swimming pools and several multi-purpose rooms to serve various community needs.

Dr. Lillian McGregor Park

Dr. Lillian McGregor Park will be a 1.6-acre L-shaped park bordered by Wellesley Street west to the north, Breadalbane Street to the south and St. Luke Lane to the east.

Geary Avenue Park Expansion

The Geary Avenue Park expansion will be one of the first new parks in the Green Line.

Glengarry Avenue

The City will be engaging the community to help determine the park design for a new park at Glengarry Avenue.

Huron St. Playground Dog Off-Leash Area

Monsignor Fraser College - Annex Campus

The City of Toronto and Toronto Catholic District School Board (TCDSB) are partnering to improve the Monsignor Fraser College – Annex Campus asphalt schoolyard. This will increase opportunities for expanded programming and new green space for the students and Seaton Village community.

Newtonbrook Community Recreation Centre

Newtonbrook Community Recreation Centre is a new two-storey multi-use community centre at Yonge Street and Cummer Avenue.

North East Scarborough Community and Child Care centre

The City of Toronto is planning to build North East Scarborough Community and Child Care centre as a multi-use community centre with a childcare facility.

One Yonge Street Community Centre

The One Yonge Street Community Centre will be located within the base of a mixed-use high rise development. A community centre need was identified as part of the Community Services and Facility Study for Lower Yonge and confirmed by the Facilities Master Plan.

Relic Linear Park System

The Relic Linear Park system is a community-led vision that embraces the inclusion of architectural relic stones in the public realm and park spaces within the Grange Park neighbourhood. The park system will include new parks at 234 Simcoe St. and 292 Dundas St. W.

Scarlett Mills Park Off-Leash Area

The City plans to add a dogs off-leash area to Scarlett Mills Park!

Tippett Park

A new park, Tippett Park, is being designed at 21 Monte Kwinter Crt., located south of Wilson Avenue and west of Tippett Road.

Wabash Community Recreation Centre

The planned Wabash Community Recreation Centre would be located in the south-east corner of Sorauren Park.

Western North York Community Centre

The City of Toronto is planning to design and construct the Western North York Community Centre at 60 Starview Ln.

York Street Park

The open space on the site of the former Gardiner Expressway off-ramp at York Street and Harbour Street is being turned into York Street Park.
