The City will be engaging local residents to determine a new developer-delivered park that meets the needs of the community and future residents.

A new 2604 m2 park is being designed at 1087 Leslie St., located at the northeast corner of Leslie Street and Eglinton Avenue. The project is a joint park dedication in partnership with the Auberge on the Park Tridel mixed-use and residential developments being proposed on the site.
The proposed park is in the concept design phase, which broadly outlines the proposed amenities, design features and layout of a space. The proposed park will include the following elements:

An online survey was conducted to gather feedback on the early concept plan and playground equipment options for the new park coming to the Leslie and Eglinton development. The survey results will help inform the next steps for the park design, including playground features and amenities. The survey was available to complete from January 22 to February 14, 2021, and received 275 responses.
