On February 22, 2017 North York Community Council considered a preliminary staff report for the development application at 6040 Bathurst Street seeking direction to hold a community consultation meeting:

On April 24, 2018 City Council considered a request for direction report for the development application at 6040 Bathurst Street which sought authorization for Staff to attend the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal in opposition of the zoning by-law amendment application:

On July 23, 2018 City Council considered a request for direction report for the development application at 6020/6030 Bathurst Street which sought authorization for Staff to attend the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal in opposition of the zoning by-law amendment application:

On January 15, 2019 North York Community Council considered a preliminary staff report for the development application at 25 Fisherville Road seeking direction to hold a community consultation meeting. The staff report also addressed the development of a Block Study to evaluate development applications within the Bathurst-Fisheville area. The Block Study will address built form, new pedestrian and vehicular connections, open space, parkland, public realm improvements, community services and facilities, and identify potential Section 37 priorities:
