A statutory meeting was held by the Toronto and East York Community Council on July 4, 2018 and subsequently by the Toronto City Council on July 23, 2018, where the recommendations of the Final Staff Report, including a Site and Area Specific Official Plan Amendment and Urban Design Guidelines, were adopted.
A final community consultation meeting to present study findings and preliminary recommendations was held on December 4, 2017 at the St. Vincent De Paul Catholic School, located at 116 Fermanagh Avenue.
On April 24, 2017, a second Community Consultation meeting took place to update the community on the status of the study and to present preliminary findings and next steps.

On March 2017, staff met with FORA (Friends of Roncesvalles Residents’ Associations) to review preliminary study findings.
A walking tour, attended by approximately 80 people, was held on October 27, 2016 to review prevailing built form patterns and identify buildings containing potential heritage resources.
The first Community Consultation Meeting took place on November 17, 2015 to describe the goals of the study and anticipated outcomes and to obtain initial feedback.
