Schools, community groups and organizations are invited to book a fire station visit or a fire truck visit.

Group of six people or less can visit their local fire station between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. Provided the crew is available, the Captain will assign someone to show you the truck(s). You do not need to pre-book a tour.

Tours are a maximum of 30 people including supervisors.

For groups larger than six, please book a tour by emailing the following details to fire@toronto.ca:

  1. Number of children and group ages
  2. Number of adults (1 adult per 7 children 5 to 12 years of age, 1 adult per 2 children 2.5 to 4 years of age)
  3. Date requested (minimum 4 weeks prior notice)
  4. Time requested
  5. Name of the contact person
  6. Organization phone number
  7. Organization email address
  8. Address of fire station (if known) or address of your location (fire station tours – maximum of 30 minutes)
    or
    Address of event (fire truck attending a public event – maximum of one hour)
  9. Ensure that private parking is available and away from traffic. This does not include pay lots, public streets and driveways.

 

Note: When we schedule a request, the firefighters may have to respond to an emergency, therefore we do not guarantee availability, nor are we able to notify.

Also note: We do not accommodate birthday or private party requests of any kind.
