Instructional Basketball programs provide participants an opportunity to further develop their Basketball skill(s) in a structured instructional setting. Each week will be taught under the guidance and co-ordination of our highly trained Sport instructors.
Recreational Basketball programs provide an opportunity for participants to secure their space in a weekly Basketball program focusing specifically on scrimmage style games. Participants will play with the same group of people each week. This program will offer no instruction, but will be supervised by staff to help co-ordinate equal play.

Sports
