Introductory and intermediate level courses that teach the basics of correct body alignment and proper ballet technique.

Private piano/keyboard lessons are instructed to suit participant's skill and ability level.

CampTO is a fun and creative full-day experience. Participants will enjoy games, arts and crafts, sports and more while making new friends. Water play or Swim days will also be enjoyed, dependent on weather and camp location.

These camp programs include a variety of age groups between 6 to 12 years old.

This camp is for 4 and 5 year olds.

The Extended Hours option provides supervised care before and/or after camp for children registered in City of Toronto, Parks, Forestry and Recreation camp sessions.

CampTO Plus is a fun and creative full-day experience. Participants develop or fine-tune their skills in specialized areas of interest while also enjoying games, arts, and sports. Water play or Swim days will also be enjoyed, dependent on weather and camp location. A trip or on-site special experience will be included, such as themed-events, clinics, or workshops to further enhance the camp program.

These camp programs include a variety of age groups between 6 to 12 years old.

This group of programs is suitable for all fitness levels, focusing on providing cardiovascular exercise that use large muscle groups. Classes may include music and dance movements to create an aerobic workout. Most classes will also include a muscle conditioning component. Small equipment may be used.

Programs may include: Zumba; Boot Camp; Cardio Dance: Bollywood; and Cardio Dance: Hip Hop.

Classes include exercises that focus on strengthening core muscle groups.

Required Equipment: Mat

Enjoy the benefits of improved health, relief of stress and concentrated relaxation. Emphasis is on general health and fitness through the development of slow and controlled movements in a fixed sequence.

Various styles are offered which may include: Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Classes include exercises that focus on a series of postures promoting flexibility, specific breathing and relaxation techniques, while strengthening and toning muscles.

Various styles are offered, these may include: Yoga/Pilates Fusion, and Yoga: Power.
