Dance programs for youth with a disability ages 13-29. These programs will require an additional registration process to become eligible to participate.

Courses offering instruction on a variety of arts and crafts techniques and projects.

Introductory and intermediate level courses that teach the basics of correct body alignment and proper ballet technique.

These courses, designed for participants between the ages of 6-12, offer instruction in a variety of dance forms such as cultural and tap.

Variety of courses offering both dance instruction and basic dance skill development.

Private guitar lessons are instructed to suit participant's skill and ability level.

Private music lessons are instructed to meet the individual needs of the participant.

These courses, designed for participants between the ages of 6-12, fall within the performing arts that may include acting and theatrical performance.

Private piano/keyboard lessons are instructed to suit participant's skill and ability level.

These courses, designed for participants between the ages of 6-12, fall within visual arts area that may include drawing, painting, and pottery.

CampTO is a fun and creative full-day experience. Participants will enjoy games, arts and crafts, sports and more while making new friends. Water play or Swim days will also be enjoyed, dependent on weather and camp location.

These camp programs include a variety of age groups between 6 to 12 years old.

This group of programs is suitable for all fitness levels, focusing on providing cardiovascular exercise that use large muscle groups. Classes may include music and dance movements to create an aerobic workout. Most classes will also include a muscle conditioning component. Small equipment may be used.

Programs may include: Zumba; HIIT: Boot Camp; Cardio Dance: Bollywood; and Cardio Dance: Hip Hop.

Classes include exercises that focus on strengthening core muscle groups.

Classes include exercises that focus on a series of postures promoting flexibility, specific breathing and relaxation techniques, while strengthening and toning muscles.

Various styles are offered, these may include: Yoga/Pilates Fusion, and Yoga: Power.

These programs, designed for participants between the ages of 6-12,offer a variety of indoor and outdoor general recreation programming. These include games, crafts and sports along with outdoor play.

Instructional Ball/Floor Hockey programs provide participants an opportunity to further develop their Ball or Floor Hockey skill(s) in a structured instructional setting. Each week will be taught under the guidance and co-ordination of our highly trained Sport instructors.

Recreational Ball/Floor Hockey programs provide an opportunity for participants to secure their space in a weekly Ball/Floor Hockey program focusing specifically on scrimmage style games. Participants will play with the same group of people each week. This program will offer no instruction, but will be supervised by staff to help co-ordinate equal play.

Instructional Basketball programs provide participants an opportunity to further develop their Basketball skill(s) in a structured instructional setting. Each week will be taught under the guidance and co-ordination of our highly trained Sport instructors.

Development of front crawl, back crawl, glides, surface support and deep water. Introduction of stride entry, eggbeater and breaststroke. Continuous swim of 50 to 100 metres.

Prerequisite: Successful completion or skill ability equal to Adult Swim 1.

Development of entries & exits, bobbing and floats without assistance. Introduction to front swim. Continuous swim three metres.

Prerequisite: Successful completion or skill ability equal to Preschool Swim 1 or Guardian Swim 3.

Development of front swim and back swim. Introduction to side glides, sculling and deep water. Continuous swim of five metres.

Prerequisite: Successful completion or skill ability equal to Preschool Swim 2.

Introduction to entries & exits, submersion & breath control, and basic floats with assistance.

Development of front swim, back kick and glides. Introduction to deep water, surface support, side glide and kicking. Continuous swim of 5 metres.

Prerequisite: Successful completion or skill ability equal to Ultra Swim 1 or Preschool Swim 3.

Development of surface support, side glide and kicking. Introduction to front crawl, diving and back swim. Continuous swim of 10 metres.

Prerequisite: Successful completion or skill ability equal to Ultra Swim 2 or Preschool Swim 4.

Development of front crawl and treading water. Introduction to side breathing, somersault, whip-kick and forward roll. Continuous swim of 25 metres.

Prerequisite: Successful completion or skill ability equal to Ultra Swim 3.

Development of front dive, forward roll and front crawl. Introduction to back crawl, eggbeater kick and elementary backstroke arms. Continuous swim of 75 metres.

Prerequisite: Successful completion or skill ability equal to Ultra Swim 4.
