Bedford Park Community Centre is a shared-use facility located in the Yonge Street & Lawrence Avenue East area. Bedford Park is not a large centre, but it does offer a wide variety of programs for the community. Throughout the Fall, Winter and Spring, Bedford Park offers preschool programs, older adult programs, fitness programs, sports programs and swimming lessons. During the summer months, Bedford Park offers summer camps, fitness classes, an older adult drop-in program and swimming lessons.

Racquet and Paddle Sports - Adult

Instructional Racquet and Paddle Sport programs provide participants an opportunity to further develop their skill(s) in a structured instructional setting. Each week will be taught under the guidance and co-ordination of our highly trained Sport instructors.

Recreational Racquet and Paddle Sport programs provide an opportunity for participants to secure their space in a weekly Racquet and Paddle Sport program focusing specifically on scrimmage style games. Participants will play with the same group of people each week. This program will offer no instruction, but will be supervised by staff to help co-ordinate equal play.

Programs variations may include tennis, badminton, table tennis or pickleball.
