Early child level courses that teach the basics of correct body alignment and proper ballet technique.

These courses, designed for participants between the ages of 6-12, offer instruction in a variety of dance forms such as cultural and tap.

Variety of courses offering both dance instruction and basic dance skill development.

Private guitar lessons are instructed to suit participant's skill and ability level.

Variety of instructional and recreational courses in music.

Private piano/keyboard lessons are instructed to suit participant's skill and ability level.

CampTO is a fun and creative full-day experience. Participants will enjoy games, arts and crafts, sports and more while making new friends. Water play will also be enjoyed, dependent on weather and camp location.

This camp is for 4 and 5 year olds.

CampTO Explore is a fun and creative full-day experience. Participants will enjoy games, arts and crafts, sports and more while making new friends. Water play or Swim days will also be enjoyed, dependent on weather and camp location. A trip or on-site special experience will be included, such as themed-events, clinics, or workshops to further enhance the camp program.

These camp programs include a variety of age groups between 6 to 12 years old.

The Extended Hours option provides supervised care before and/or after camp for children registered in City of Toronto, Parks, Forestry and Recreation camp sessions.

CampTO Plus is a fun and creative full-day experience. Participants develop or fine-tune their skills in specialized areas of interest while also enjoying games, arts, and sports. Water play or Swim days will also be enjoyed, dependent on weather and camp location. A trip or on-site special experience will be included, such as themed-events, clinics, or workshops to further enhance the camp program.

These camp programs include a variety of age groups between 6 to 12 years old.

Counsellor in Training will introduce participants to the fundamentals of being a City of Toronto Camp Counsellor. Participants will learn about program planning and working with campers in an interactive environment. Participants will also get the opportunity to do a supervised practical placement in a City of Toronto summer camp.

This camp is for 13 to 16 year olds.

This group of programs is suitable for all fitness levels, focusing on providing cardiovascular exercise that use large muscle groups. Classes may include music and dance movements to create an aerobic workout. Most classes will also include a muscle conditioning component. Small equipment may be used.

Programs may include: Zumba; HIIT: Boot Camp; Cardio Dance: Bollywood; and Cardio Dance: Hip Hop.

This group of programs is suitable for all fitness levels. Classes focus on muscle strengthening and endurance with no cardio component. Classes may be specific to certain areas of the body and may use equipment such as bars, stability balls, hand weights and exercise bands.

Programs may include: Body Strength, Mobility and Strength: Chair, and Stretch and Strength.

Classes include exercises that focus on strengthening core muscle groups.

Required Equipment: Mat

Classes include exercises that focus on a series of postures promoting flexibility, specific breathing and relaxation techniques, while strengthening and toning muscles.

Various styles are offered, these may include: Yoga/Pilates Fusion, and Yoga: Power.

Instructional Ball/Floor Hockey programs provide participants an opportunity to further develop their Ball or Floor Hockey skill(s) in a structured instructional setting. Each week will be taught under the guidance and co-ordination of our highly trained Sport instructors.

Recreational Ball/Floor Hockey programs provide an opportunity for participants to secure their space in a weekly Ball/Floor Hockey program focusing specifically on scrimmage style games. Participants will play with the same group of people each week. This program will offer no instruction, but will be supervised by staff to help co-ordinate equal play.

Instructional Basketball programs provide participants an opportunity to further develop their Basketball skill(s) in a structured instructional setting. Each week will be taught under the guidance and co-ordination of our highly trained Sport instructors.

Introductory to advanced courses that develop skills and teach basic moves used in gymnastics. Participants build confidence and have fun learning.

Variety of martial arts courses from beginner to advanced levels including Tae Kwon Do and Karate.

A variety of racquet and paddle sports are available for beginner and intermediate participants. Instructional programs may include tennis, badminton, table tennis or pickleball.

Instructional Soccer programs provide participants an opportunity to further develop their Soccer skill(s) in a structured instructional setting. Each week will be taught under the guidance and co-ordination of our highly trained Sport instructors.

Recreational Soccer programs provide an opportunity for participants to secure their space in a weekly Soccer program focusing specifically on scrimmage style games. Participants will play with the same group of people each week. This program will offer no instruction, but will be supervised by staff to help co-ordinate equal play.
