The City of Toronto is conducting the 311 Awareness and Usage Survey to gather feedback from residents, businesses, and visitors regarding their familiarity with the 311 Toronto service. The survey aims to understand the current 311 Service accuracy and clarity of our customer communication. Improving communication within the system will ensure that 311 Customer Service Representatives and our digital channels provide accurate information, ultimately enhancing the overall customer experience.

- Survey Duration: The survey will be live from November 4, 2024, to December 4, 2024.

We will also reach out to those who may not have internet access or are unaware of the 311 service through in-person engagements in community centers and public libraries.
