Stay informed this winter with the new Snow Clearing Service Request E-updates. By subscribing, you will receive timely notification about the winter operation and service availability. You can unsubscribe at any time.
How it works:
- During Winter Operations
- When salting and snow clearing is activated during a snowfall, subscribers will receive a notification including that winter operations are underway and that service requests are temporarily suspended. You can check the PlowTo map to see where plows have been in the last 24 hours.
- After Winter Operations
- Once Winter Operations are completed, you will receive an email notification confirming that service requests for salting or snow clean-up are enabled.
- If only salting that was activated and snow clearing thresholds were not met, the notification will include details about the applicable service criteria, such as the snow accumulation levels required to trigger snow clearing.
