  • In addition to reporting to the property owner, please report any discriminatory, hate-motivated or gang-related graffiti to the Toronto Police Non-Emergency line by calling 416-808-2222 or online at Graffiti Enforcement

How to Report Graffiti?

City Property

For graffiti on City owned properties, a service request can be submitted and the City will investigate the issue. If necessary, you will be referred to the appropriate division for further action.

Private or Non-City Properties

Private residences, businesses, companies, organizations and government agencies are responsible for their own maintenance, including graffiti removal and general repairs. For assistance, please contact them directly.
